Saving Black Boys – Highly Anticipated Lecture Saturday March 10th

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is a kind reminder Redemption Reintegration Services, Legacy Enterprises, Young and Potential Fathers, African Canadian Heritage Association and Campaign for Equity in Education presents Saving Black Boys: what needs to happen and happen now!

Educator, psychologist, and pan-Africanist Umar Johnson will discuss the challenges and potential solutions to the following topics:

-The school to prison pipeline

-Mis-diagnosis of children in the education

-The educational achievement gap between African children and their peers

-Issues of inclusion and equity within public education

-Conspiracy to destroy black boys

 

This lecture will be held at C.W. Jeffries Collegiate, 340 Sentinel RD on Saturday March 10th, 2012 start time is 5-9pm.
