ArtZone – Free Visual Art Project at Children’s Peace Theatre, Thursday nights

Do you know any artistic youth ages 17 – 29
who are interested in creating work for a public show?

ARTZONE is a new FREE visual art program at Children’s Peace Theatre

Children’s Peace Theatre is a not-for-profit organization. Our mission is to create a culture of peace by engaging children and youth in the practice of theatre and art. In collaboration with young and emerging professional artists, youth participants develop the skills to express themselves creatively, become leaders in their community, and have a safe place to meet and integrate with other youth.

ARTZONE is a new project merging artistic youth with practicing visual artists who will mentor the youth in painting, illustration, printmaking or multi-media arts, and help the youth prepare for a public exhibit in June.

This exciting project will give 10 youth between the ages of 17 to 29 from under-served areas in the GTA top quality arts mentorship.
